Energy Analyst

Eric Baxter has over 20 years of experience in energy efficiency and sustainability programs for commercial, high-rise residential, K-12 and university, and industrial facilities.  As a resourceful sustainability manager, his expertise helps clients uncover undefined challenges.  His diverse background working with a wide array of client types on a diverse range of problems gives him wide and deep expertise in resource conservation, reduction in operating expenses, and coaching of facility management teams.  Eric evaluates building operations and building technologies from an engineering standpoint and finds ways to optimize efficiencies by fitting these puzzle pieces together creatively.
