Elleven South Condominiums

The First LEED Gold Condominium in California

Elleven South is a 13-story, 181-unit, high-rise tower in downtown Los Angeles, California, at the corner of Eleventh Street and Grand Avenue. As a part of the South Group redevelopment series of green buildings in downtown Los Angeles, the 395,000 square foot building includes in-building parking and nine 2-story, walk-up, townhouse units at the ground floor that face both Eleventh Street and Grand Avenue. LA’s first truly green property uses energy-efficient lighting, low-VOC paint, low-flush toilets, natural fiber carpets and plentiful windows that reduce the need for electric lighting.
