Part of a 2018 refresh of its headquarters campus, Microsoft added this new office building exemplifying the company’s commitment to a sustainable future. With a focus on energy, embodied carbon, water, indoor air quality, and materials management, the 246,000-square-foot tenant improvement achieved LEED Platinum certification. The building is also on track to achieve ILFI Zero Carbon certification.
