With over 20 years of experience in a variety of roles focused on sustainable design, construction and operations as well as owner representation, Gaspar brings to his team established leadership and comprehensive knowledge in the building commissioning industry. As a Director at Brightworks, Gaspar oversees consulting teams and provides excellent project leadership on projects involving building systems commissioning and performance optimization.

Gaspar’s decades of varied project experience includes new construction commissioning for whole buildings and tenant improvement scopes, retro and recommissioning of existing buildings, energy audits and renewable energy feasibility studies.
