Samantha's Role at Brightworks
As an Analyst at Brightworks, Samantha supports green building projects from design through construction, with specific expertise in managing certification through the LEED and Fitwel frameworks. She works with a diverse range of clients on a variety of project-types, with a focus on major technology companies.

Beginning with her experience interning with the USGBC’s Los Angeles branch early in her career, Samantha has a long history in the sustainability field. Prior to Brightworks, Samantha served as a Fitwel expert, guiding clients through the Fitwel certification process and helping them reach their sustainability goals. Outside of Brightworks, Samantha is a member of the Urban Green Council, which serves as the USGBC’s New York City Branch, working to guide the future of LEED certification forward.
