Alan's Role at Brightworks
Alan Cabral has more than ten years of experience as a commissioning agent and energy auditor, specifying and directing the processes for teams to improve the energy performance of diverse property types. He has supported new developments and existing facilities in enhancing their operational performance, achieving LEED certification, and protecting the investments of building owners as their facilities move from design into operations. His largest and most complex engagement was the energy auditing initiative for a portfolio of seven airports located across Mexico and Jamaica.

Alan has also contributed his energy performance expertise to the first healthcare facility in the world certified under LEED v4, the first LEED 4 Platinum certified project in Latin America, and the first project in Mexico to achieve WELL Building certification.
