Brandon's Role at Brightworks

Brandon Minnis works with project teams to model potential energy use, identify efficiency opportunities, and document results in accordance with the requirements of green building certification programs, applicable codes, and financial incentive offerors. At Brightworks, Brandon has developed expertise in energy analysis for multifamily residential developments through the LEED for Homes rating system. His experience also includes office tenant improvements, data centers, and warehouses.
