Clara's Role at Brightworks
Clara Canino works closely with Brightworks team members to help them deliver high-quality sustainability results for clients while keeping projects on-time and on-budget. This includes preparing and reviewing sustainability documentation in compliance with industry standards, performing research and technical analysis, and coordinating deadlines and deliverables for the project team. Clara leads regular LEED check-in calls with contractors and interacts with design and construction team members during all project phases.

A certified architect, Clara has previously worked as a workspace designer leading planning and design, managing project budgets, and maintaining responsibility for project documentation. In addition to commercial interiors, she has designed single family homes and worked as project manager at a general contractor.
Clara has managed multiple international LEED, WELL, and ARC projects. Her service to the industry and the profession has included mentoring with Next Gen Mentorship, a program focused on rising Asian-American Pacific-Islander leaders in the marketing, advertising, and creative industries. She is quadrilingual in English, Spanish, French, and Italian.
