Dawn's role at Brightworks
Dawn Bergin is Brightworks' Managing Director, overseeing the finance, HR, and strategic operations teams. She also leads development of consulting team leaders into business unit managers. Dawn is responsible for operationalizing Brightworks' own substantial environmental, social, and governance (ESG) program, including ISO 14001, BCorp, JUST, and Living Wage Certification, among others.
