Jason's Role at Brightworks

Jason Zullo has managed more than 35 successful LEED certification projects ranging from New Construction and Commercial Interiors to Existing Buildings and LEED Volume. His previous work as a third-party LEED reviewer for GBCI allows him to guide his projects more effectively towards their LEED goals. His consulting work prior to Brightworks includes managing sustainability programs for several Google sites in Washington State. Jason also has experience with Living Building Challenge and Net Zero certification, and with alternative energy systems.

Jason was a co-author of “Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems,” a technical study prepared for Seattle Public Utilities. His past experience also includes consular compounds in Monrovia, Liberia, and Bangkok, Thailand, for the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Overseas Buildings, where he performed project site analyses for solar, wind, water, and other renewable resources, analyzing potential ROI to inform system recommendations.
