In partnership with a coalition of owners and industry peers, Jeff is currently helping to establish a comprehensive accounting of the embodied carbon emissions of building projects and to secure an approved World Resources Institute (WRI) pathway for reporting these as Scope 3 emissions. This multi-year effort will allow for replicable, highly-rigourous accounting for embodied carbon, enabling our clients to reduce and offset these emissions.
