Kayla's Role at Brightworks

Kayla Freischlag works closely with Brightworks Consultants and Senior Consultants to deliver high-quality sustainability results for our clients while keeping projects on-time and on-budget. This includes preparing and reviewing sustainability documentation in compliance with industry standards, performing research and technical analysis, and coordinating deadlines and deliverables for the project team. Kayla works across multiple Brightworks practices, including Sustainable Built Environments and ESG & Corporate Sustainability.

Prior to Brightworks, Kayla worked as an emerging technologies specialist at a Vermont-based nonprofit dedicated to helping locals transition to more affordable and cleaner energy sources. Kayla has additional experience managing residential solar projects across the Midwest.
