Lauren's Role at Brightworks

Lauren Fakhoury guides project teams to achieve their sustainability goals and distinguish themselves in the competitive landscape of Bay Area real estate. She is particularly experienced with green building certification for core and shell developments, including for prolific Bay Area real estate developer Sobrato. Her clients in technology include LinkedIn, Google, HPE, and others. In addition, she serves governments, schools districts, and universities throughout the region, including UC Berkeley, UC Davis, and UC San Francisco.

Before Brightworks, Lauren was a senior analyst in Accenture’s San Jose office, focused on business and systems integration, energy, and smart buildings. She managed a team in creating a database of energy rebates, incentives, and commissioning programs and evaluated her client’s product information to validate alignment with LEED criteria. She also established the project management office for a marketing transformation project, putting together a handbook for ongoing operations within the team.
