Nathan's Role at Brightworks
Nathan serves as an Analyst on Brightworks’ Materials team, supporting embodied carbon analysis, whole building LCAs, and carbon reduction strategies that help clients reduce negative environmental impact. His key clients include data center clients and global technology companies.

With a strong foundation in human‑centered sustainable design, Nathan’s work supports human health and environmental sustainability throughout the life cycle of each building, from materials sourcing, to occupancy, to demolition. Prior to joining Brightworks, Nathan served as an environmental designer and engineer, gaining targeted expertise in embodied carbon analysis and green building certifications. He also contributes to the future of the sustainability profession as a mentor with the ACE Mentorship Program in New York City, guiding high school students in developing capstone projects focused on the next wave of frontiers in sustainability.
