Randi's Role at Brightworks
A specialist in sustainable facility operations and maintenance and ESG reporting, Randi Bromm brings extensive experience managing complex projects in large-scale enterprises. She has a strong background in building construction and project management, working expertly across teams of diverse disciplines to support client sustainability goals, particularly building and portfolio optimization and reporting. Randi is also versed in ADA compliance.

Randi has a passion for working with data, borne out of her experience collecting and analyzing field samples for science and conservation work. She has particular project experience with Energy Star Portfolio Manager, using the platform for a variety of client needs, including certifications, benchmarking, energy auditing, and general data management. Randi also has experience using Arc for both LEED EB:O+M-certified projects and reporting.
Among Randi’s many other interests are building reuse, consumption mitigation, sprawl, remediation, rainwater management, green roofs, natural landscapes, and biodiversity.
