Alan Cabral has more than ten years of experience as a commissioning agent and energy auditor, identifying and directing the processes for teams to improve the energy performance of diverse property types. He has a significant background in supporting both new construction projects and existing facilities to enhance their operational performance, achieve LEED certification outcomes, and protect the investments of building owners as their facilities move from design into operations. His work with energy auditing includes performing audits for a portfolio of seven airports located across Mexico and Jamaica.
Alan has also contributed his energy performance expertise to the first healthcare facility certified under LEED version 4 in the world, the first LEED version 4 Platinum certified project in Latin America, and the first project in Mexico to achieve certification under the WELL Building framework for optimum occupant health and wellness.
