With more than 10 years of specialized experience in energy modeling and performance, Anisur Rahman delivers proven expertise to clients seeking to optimize their building energy performance. Anisur regularly reviews technical energy and indoor air quality credits for LEED certification and provides recommendations for improved energy efficiency. He has expertise in LEED, ASHRAE 90.1 and other relevant standards, and his building performance analysis work includes energy modeling, daylight simulation, code compliance modeling, and the design of energy efficient systems.
Anisur has contributed energy services to over 50 projects that have achieved LEED certification. And as a LEED Project Reviewer, he has also reviewed the energy-related documentation of hundreds of projects from other consultants pursuing LEED certification for quality and consistency with LEED standards.
Anisur has been published in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences on the subjects of energy and sustainability. His Ph.D research has received awards from the Architectural Research Centers Consortium (ARCC) for excellence in Architectural and Environmental Design Research.
