    Brittany Tse

    Materials Specialist

    Brittany Tse is a passionate advocate for creating equitable places for all people. At Brightworks, she manages complex green building and decarbonization programs for clients across California and around the world. As a part of Brightworks’ Materials Practice, Brittany has substantial expertise in both healthy and sustainable materials, and the decarbonization of building materials and equipment. She specializes in creating opportunities for equitable engagement and development, supporting clients in measuring and reducing the embodied carbon of their building designs by creating whole building lifecycle assessments (WBLCAs), and carbon accounting, as well striving to work with vendors throughout a client’s supply chain to improve carbon and equity performance.    

    Prior to Brightworks, Brittany managed eight LEED certification programs for San Francisco International Airport. In previous positions in the fields of green building, construction, and engineering, she also provided preconstruction cost estimates, Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), and due diligence services to anticipate future costs for lenders and investors.
