Brittany Tse joined Brightworks with experience managing LEED certification programs, completing preconstruction cost estimates and providing due diligence services. With green building management expertise and fluency in English and Cantonese, she helps manage Brightworks’ growing portfolio of projects in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
In previous positions in the fields of green building, construction, and engineering, completing preconstruction cost estimates, Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), and due diligence services to anticipate future costs for lenders and investors. These analyses included a diverse mix of facility types, including hotels, commercial offices, retail plazas, mixed-use, industrial, multifamily residential, and assisted living facilities. Brittany has created tools for LEED project management and trained design and construction team members in the complexities of meeting and exceeding CALGreen, SF Environment Code requirements, and ambitious client-expanded requirements, from design throughout construction.
Brittany is also an engaged member of several professional organizations and industry events. She has spoken at the USGBC Pacific Region Conference GreenerBuilder, the AIA LA Encompass Conference, LA County’s Engaging Girls and Young Women in STEM, and at multiple California Higher Education Sustainability Conferences (CHESC), among others.
