Contact Brittany Tse
Brittany Tse joins Brightworks with experience managing LEED certification programs, completing preconstruction cost estimates and providing due diligence services. With green building management expertise and fluency in English and Cantonese, she helps manage Brightworks’ growing portfolio of projects in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
Previously a Senior Sustainability Analyst with Urban Fabrick, Inc., Brittany managed the LEED certification programs for several projects at San Francisco International Airport. She also created internal tools for LEED project management, and trained her fellow team members on the complexities of meeting and exceeding CALGreen, SF Environment Code requirements, and ambitious client-expanded requirements, from design throughout construction.
Her previous work in the construction and engineering industries involved completing preconstruction cost estimates, Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), and due diligence services to anticipate future costs for lenders and investors. These analyses included a diverse mix of facility types, including hotels, commercial offices, retail plazas, mixed-use, industrial, multifamily residential, and assisted living facilities.
Brittany is also an engaged member of several professional organizations and industry events. She has spoken at the USGBC Pacific Region Conference GreenerBuilder, the AIA LA Encompass Conference, LA County’s Engaging Girls and Young Women in STEM, and at multiple California Higher Education Sustainability Conferences (CHESC), among others.
