Cassidy's Role at Brightworks
Cassidy Green oversees Brightworks’ Fitwel Standard and WELL Building Standard services. She has ten years of experience managing LEED, WELL, Fitwel, SITES, and Envision projects. As the senior consultant in Brightworks’ Los Angeles office, she has served public and private clients throughout Southern California while also serving clients elsewhere in the United States. These include institutions of higher education, including CSU Northridge, Cal Poly SLO, San Diego State University, and UCLA.

Earlier in her career, Cassidy directed the LEED certification process for eight projects for the University of California, Santa Barbara. She also developed, implemented, and taught the UC’s first LEED Lab, an experiential student course where students facilitated the LEED O+M process on a campus building, delivering a full O+M v4 certification at course completion and gaining enough experience to sit for the LEED AP exam. The LEED Lab course continues today at UC Santa Barbara.
