Erin’s experience managing complex programmatic engagements within the real estate industry in particular allows her to establish robust, impactful, and actionable sustainability programs from concept through implementation. Her background in green building has made her a critical resource for real estate investment trusts (REITs) designing and implementing ESG and corporate sustainability programs.
Erin’s work before Brightworks included assisting with Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) benchmarking compliance with the Los Angeles Existing Buildings Energy and Water Efficiency Ordinance (EBEWE) for two consecutive years.
