in her most recent post before joining Brightworks, Ilana built the standards and deliverables for Washington’s Clean Buildings Performance Standard (CBPS/HB 1257), primarily ASHRAE level 2 energy audits and comprehensive Energy Management and O&M Plans. Previously, Ilana also completed the demand-side energy efficiency program and modeling for several city energy plans. They hold professional engineering licenses in multiple states, in addition to Certified Energy Management (CEM) and LEED AP BD+C accreditation.
