With more than 10 years of experience in a wide variety of energy efficiency, sustainability, HVAC and other related fields, Ilana Cember has deep expertise guiding clients to save energy and reduce costs while improving overall facility operations. They have worked in many different industries, with a focus on healthcare, K-12 and higher education.
Most recently, Ilana built the standards and deliverables for consulting on Washington’s Clean Buildings Performance Standard (CBPS/HB 1257), primarily ASHRAE level 2 energy audits and comprehensive Energy Management and O&M Plans. This was a comprehensive scope of work that included holistically looking at both individual facilities and overall company processes. Previously they also completed the demand-side energy efficiency program and modeling for several city energy plans. They hold a Professional Engineering license in Washington, Oregon, and Illinois, in addition to Certified Energy Management and LEED AP BD+C certificates.
