Janell also supports Brightworks’ own substantial environmental, social, and governance (ESG) program, including BCorp, JUST, and Living Wage Certifications. She also chairs Brightworks’ Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Belonging committee.
Janell was one of Brightworks’ first employees, prior to which she worked in the banking and telecommunications industries. She has provided essential leadership in crafting Brightworks’ culture of support, flexibility, and collaboration.
