Kirsten Menezes

Project Manager

Kirsten Menezes offers substantial experience running LEED programs from schematic design through completion, including hand-off to the operations and maintenance teams.  She also brings extensive experience working with owners to reduce the impacts of the operations and maintenance of their real estate assets.

Kirsten’s experience with new buildings includes Class A high-rise office towers, historic properties, laboratories, medical offices, warehouses, data centers, and tenant improvements. Specific building types include government, museums, large industrial, high security office, multi-family, indoor horticulture, and clean space, among others.

Kirsten’s experience developing and implementing sustainability programs for existing buildings includes LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations + Maintenance, BOMA, and ENERGY STAR. She has worked successfully with building owners, property managers, consultants, and vendors to develop and implement operations policies and best practices. Her work spans individual buildings and entire real estate portfolios.

Kirsten has delivered ASHRAE Level I and II Audits that promote building energy optimization and is experienced in fundamental commissioning, enhanced commissioning, and retro-commissioning.
