    Sustainable Organizations Practice Lead

    As Brightworks’ Sustainable Organizations Practice Lead, Kirsten Menezes excels at supporting clients in connecting their corporate reporting needs to the performance of their operations and assets. She has substantial experience helping clients to determine their ESG reporting drivers and needs, as well as determining their material impacts and reporting strategies. Kirsten has additionally worked with clients to assist them in gathering and processing the data necessary to baseline the environmental impacts of their organizations, as well as operationalize and implement strategies to decrease those impacts over time. Kirsten excels at assisting clients in creating a full corporate strategy and roadmap to address the “E” within their ESG, as well as reporting in a way that resonates with the company and its stakeholders.  

    Kirsten works directly with various key sustainability team members throughout an organization, including leadership, marketing, finance, and operations teams to implement sustainable operational practices and policies. She helps move organizations towards their sustainability goals. Kirsten has additionally managed building certification programs and partnered closely with engineering teams to deliver ASHRAE Audits and served as Commissioning Coordinator to optimize asset performance.
