Tishman Speyer’s ambitious Brannan Square will bring three cutting edge mixed-use office buildings to San Francisco’s SoMa neighborhood. 4.5 acres in total, the buildings will host over one million square feet of Class A office space, and the entire development will host a new one-acre public park with offerings for all ages including playgrounds, childcare facilities, a farmers’ market and a rich network of sidewalks and bike paths. The buildings are mindful of where they will sit on high-water flood lines and will ensure resilience via green roofing and below-grade stormwater storage.
