Brightworks Sustainability is managing the Green Point Rated certification and CALGreen compliance program for Fulton Street Ventures’s and Full Power Construction’s 325 Fremont apartment tower in San Francisco’s Transbay neighborhood.

Brightworks has also partnered with Fulton Street Ventures, Full Power Construction, and C2K Architecture on San Jose’s Silvery Towers and One South Market apartment towers.

Along with this Green Point Rated program in San Francisco, Brightworks is also managing the Green Point Rated program for Wood Partners’s development at 23rd and Valdez in Oakland.

Also in the multifamily sector, Brightworks is managing the LEED for Homes Multifamily Midrise program for Williams and Dame’s and Bridge Housing’s Parcel 3 development in Portland’s South Waterfront development.
