This pair of high-rise towers will stand 20 and 22 stories, with more than 300 residential apartment units in each. Individual balconies with sliding glass doors and glass guardrails will open to incredible, unobstructed views of the surrounding area from each apartment.

A fourth floor common area will host a shared outdoor terrace with a pool, Jacuzzi, fitness room and shared kitchen. Six levels of parking will stretch for three stories underground and three stories above-ground.

In addition to managing the LEED certification program for the entire development effort with the architect and project team, Brightworks is also supporting the contractor to complete the LEED credits required during the construction process and ensure that their many subcontractors are all performing and documenting their work according to USGBC standards.
